Hours of Operation
Regular business hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
For maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours, please contact your community’s front desk for support.
Submit a housing work request
Initiate a work request by clicking the link to the right and logging in with your MyID and password.
If you have more than one maintenance issue, please create separate work requests for each issue.
Washing Machine Issues
For washing machine repairs, please call 1-800-927-9274. Please report your name and room number and the location and nature of the problem.
Computer, television and Internet issues
